Every garment is crafted with care and individually checked before it leaves our studio.If your item isn’t quite right, we offer refunds on full-priced items and store credit on sale items.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Full-Priced Items

  • Eligible for a refund if returned within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached.

Sale Items

  • Sale items cannot be refunded.

  • They may be returned for store credit only, issued via a discount code credit note. Store credits must be used within 90 days of issue date.

Additional Notes

  • Items received outside the 14-day window may not be accepted.

  • Please try on your items as soon as they arrive to ensure they meet your expectations.


RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.

  • We strongly recommend trackable or registered post, as we cannot process returns that do not reach us safely.


REFUNDS (FULL-PRICED ITEMS ONLY)

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If a discount code was applied, your refund will reflect the discounted purchase price.


PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

  • Single-use or promotional discount codes (e.g., Welcome Offer) cannot be combined with other offers.

  • Discount codes cannot be applied to items already on sale.


FAULTY ITEMS

We pride ourselves on quality. If you believe you have received a faulty item:

  1. Email info@azureandindigo.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Include your name, order number and clear photos of the concern.

  3. Faults will be assessed by Centaine White Pty Ltd, the manufacturer.

Please note:
Hand-dyed, hand-embroidered and hand-block printed garments may have natural variations such as dye lines, minor print irregularities or thread variations. These are not considered faults but unique characteristics of artisanal craftsmanship.


HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

  1. Email info@azureandindigo.com with your NAME and ORDER NUMBER.

  2. Once your return is approved, Please send your item to:
